Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund terms depend on the type of safari experience booked and how close to the departure date the cancellation is made. We recommend reviewing the terms mentioned under each itinerary or contacting our team directly for detailed information.

For select fixed departures and curated safari experiences, 50% of the booking amount becomes non-refundable once the payment has been processed. Cancellation terms for all scheduled safaris are outlined within the respective itinerary details. For tailor-made experiences, the cancellation policy is shared individually based on the destination and travel plan.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method or via bank transfer. Please allow approximately 10–14 business days for the refund to reflect.
